there are havee so many times where I have been in the middle of something very important and then the internet just shuts off. It is beyond frustating. When you rely on the internet to do your important things like paying the bills or scheduling something or even being in the middle of a purchase...to have it just shut down is horrible. There are company's out there that do not have these problems like wild blue internet provider - but of course...I do not have that provider at the moment. I think that the worst time for me most recently was around the holidays. I had finally found something that my mom would have loved and it was on ebay. So, it was around 1 minute left of the auction and there was many bidders on this - so you had to really watch it and my internet crapped out on me....so, after a lot of scrambling to get back on and a few choice words I finally did get back on to find out that I had lost the item and I have yet to find that item again!

Obamas State of the Union Doesn't Make Sense

Throughout his speech last night I just found that is was very contradicting. Once again he is trying to appease everyone with words but is appeasing NO ONE with his actions. Because he has his own agenda. If he has to work this hard to have his fellow Democrates back him up then there is something wrong with his thinking and actions. Hey - I have any idea..... lets stop BORROWING millions of dollors from other countries to then GIVE it all away to another country rather than fixing out own problems and debt. We are not giving Haiti anything...the country's that gave us the money are the ones helping Haiti...and now we get to pay them back with interest

We need a good account to take over..one that has no agenda or political interest...just someone that is good with numbers and wouldn't be afraid to get rid of the 100's of people that do NOTHING!!!!

Real Estate Tax Benefit

My sister is a first time homebuyer. She just bought her new home in the fall last year and she is very excited to get her tax credit which is going to be $8000 for her. If you have not owned a home or real estate in the last 3 years you can now get up to a tax credit of $8000 and that in my opinion is huge. That is a 1/3 of my yearly salary so that can really help when it comes to tax time. And if they are smart when they get there returns this year they will just put it away to pay for future huge bills like their quarterly property taxes. I really hope that they do not just spend it on something stupid...which is unfortunatly what they usually do with "found" money like this. I told my cousins who are now looking for a home to read up on the Real Estate Tax Benefit because it is a real incentive these days to go out and buy a home. They have been married for 6 years and living in an apartment so they are ready for that home and they are looking to start a family and she really wants a dog and they can not have a dog at their apartment. The house prices are not all that bad and the mortgages are even better so if you can then it is a good time to buy especially if you have no property to sell because it is a bad time to sell.

Go To The Doctor

Know when to go to the doctor. If you have an ear ache and a fever then chances are you have an infection that can only really be fix quickly by medication....so a doctor would be the smart thing to see. However if you have a cold and a cough but you runny nose is clear mucus then it is probably just a cold so why expose yourself to other sick people at the doctors office. Sometimes calling the doctor is just as effective too.

Cousins

So, my cousins just moved out of their home basically because of my other cousins. Long story short...they are moving back and it is just not going to be good. Why they would want to go back to that hostile environment is just beyond me...I think that they just like the drama. They all do not work and they all are so incredibly lazy...they will not even move everything in and in a year from now things will still be in boxes. Why they wouldn't call professions, 1-800-431-3920, where they can get a free moving quote is beyond me. Don't Complain

Here is the thing...if you do not go out there and vote for elections then you really can not complain - you have no right because you could have done your part. Never thing that it is a done deal just because the person that you are hoping that wins is in the lead.
