There are a few really great brands of fish oil that you can get...Nortic Naturals is one, another is Carlson Labs and one that is great for kids is Coramega. These are great because it does not contain over 32 contaminants because it is products by molecular distillation. This is extremely important and do not by omega pills or liquids unless they are produced this way.
Personally I don't like going to the doctors that first year. My baby has gotton so many shots at one time and it really makes me feel uneasy. If she wants to go to school she will need all of these however, I spread them out a little more. I didn't have oldest get her MMR until she was 4 and I really don't see a need for the chicken pox vaccination. I did this because I wanted to make sure she was more developed because of all the autism and MMR connections.
Give you baby a nice warm bath and dab a little honey on his/her butt. It does the trick everytime. Don't ever give you baby under 1 years old honey though. Simple and Sweet!
Soak your nails especially toe nails in apple cider vinegar. Not only will it get rid of any fungus or fungal infections you may have but it makes your feet so soft and smooth. It also will fix any cracks or splitting of nails. This takes time though - it is not a quick fix. Geletin will also make you nails very healthy not to mention give you hair a great shine!
Bandaids are not cheap and it is a terrible habit to get your children in giving them that bandaid for every little thing. Sometimes there is nothing even there and they want the bandaid. Not only is this a complete waste but you will not have bandaids there when you actually need them!
