When it comes to flatware I am just torn....it is just so hard to maintain that silverware and really...it is just silver plated and is not real silver. But when it is shined up it can really look quite pretty. However, you are not going to use this on a regular basis so to be quite practical this is rather a waste of money since it is really only for look on those special occasions. So I am opting for the stainless steel silver flatware...they are actually quite nice these days as well.
I think that everyone should have time for themselves every single day. Everyone needs that alone time to do nothing or something for themselves. Personally, I like to sit there and have a cup of tea. I don't want to watch tv or listen to anything Just completely and totally relax with my eyese shut while drinking a nice cup of soothing and healing tea. And I make sure that I get this because I look forward to this time to myself. It is time to recouperate.
Your mind can play tricks on you...if you were to put out candy that was low fat and low calories people would actually eat more than if it were regular candy. For some reason they thing that they can have 2 instead of one...what is the point of that? The whole point is to lose weight and not get as much calories...if you were going to eat the same amount you mind as well have the good stuff!
Ok...people think that I am just absolutely crazy but I really believe that honey is just so great for you. And when you add some cinnamon to it...the benefits are just increased. Having a spoonful of raw and unpasturized honey with a little cinnamon on it will not only boost your immune system but it will help fight off colds, virus, bacteria, lower your cholesterol, help with your arthritis...so simple...just a spoonful of honey.
If you want to exercise and have the kids sleep great then go swimming with them because that is a sure way to get them tired and to have them get a great night sleeps. And they can get a lot of pent up energy that they may have in them and just get some great exercise while having a lot of fun. I know that I love to swim and i loved to swim when I was little too. But it sure is tiring!
I love smoothies and if you do as well then you have to try Lightfull Satiety Smoothies. They are a little pricey but I think it is my treat to myself and it keeps me feeling full rather than snacking all throughout the day. I got mine at Whole Foods where I normally do not do my shopping but occationally I get certain things there because they are a pricey store at times. And the one that I had is delicious - it is a great coffee flavor so if you like coffee then this is a great drink for you.
I don't know about these for kids. Weight predictions are fun to do but they are not reliable. I have always heard that when a child is 2 years old you have to double the height of the child and that will be their height. That is something that maybe true for some people but others not so much. My brother was very short when he was 4 but he ended up being over 6 feet tall. So you just never know!
