Do not forget to just breath - some people just take for granted that breathing happens naturally but just by taking deep breathes every day can help relieve stress and calm you down not to mention release some toxins that are in your body. So take a little time to just site back relax and breathe. Try it and see for yourself!
The sun has been so strong lately you have to make sure that you put on the sunblock at least 1/2 before you go out in the sun and be sure to refresh it if you have been sweating or if you have been swimming. And if you have a child be sure to put it on all the time!!
I was moving something that was just way too heavy for me to be moving and I didn't want to wait for my husband so I did it myself...big mistake. As I was taking it upstairs I had to rest it on my knee. When I got it upstairs I happened to looked down at my knee and I had the biggest and nastiest bruise I have ever had. And it did not even hurt or anything - it was really weird. I put a banana on it 15 minutes then ice on for 15 minutes and did this for 3 hours and before I went to sleep and for the next few days I put witch hazel on it. It is completely gone only 10 days later!
I just got the Tingler and I have to say it is great. I got it at amazon and do not get the imitations they really scratch your head up! I got one because it was a few bucks cheaper and it was awful! So I tried this one..the Original Tingler and when I start to get that head ache I go for it now. It just relaxes you and it really does work. At least so far it has!
Everyone needs a vacation at least once a year. My husband took a vacation first time in a year and he just needed it. You just get burnt out and that is not good for your or for the company that you work for. You have to have time to relax and just take it easy. It really affects your health.
