Breathe

Do not forget to just breath - some people just take for granted that breathing happens naturally but just by taking deep breathes every day can help relieve stress and calm you down not to mention release some toxins that are in your body. So take a little time to just site back relax and breathe. Try it and see for yourself!

The Sun

The sun has been so strong lately you have to make sure that you put on the sunblock at least 1/2 before you go out in the sun and be sure to refresh it if you have been sweating or if you have been swimming. And if you have a child be sure to put it on all the time!!

Banana on my Bruise

I was moving something that was just way too heavy for me to be moving and I didn't want to wait for my husband so I did it myself...big mistake. As I was taking it upstairs I had to rest it on my knee. When I got it upstairs I happened to looked down at my knee and I had the biggest and nastiest bruise I have ever had. And it did not even hurt or anything - it was really weird. I put a banana on it 15 minutes then ice on for 15 minutes and did this for 3 hours and before I went to sleep and for the next few days I put witch hazel on it. It is completely gone only 10 days later!

The Tingler

I just got the Tingler and I have to say it is great. I got it at amazon and do not get the imitations they really scratch your head up! I got one because it was a few bucks cheaper and it was awful! So I tried this one..the Original Tingler and when I start to get that head ache I go for it now. It just relaxes you and it really does work. At least so far it has!

Vacations

Everyone needs a vacation at least once a year. My husband took a vacation first time in a year and he just needed it. You just get burnt out and that is not good for your or for the company that you work for. You have to have time to relax and just take it easy. It really affects your health. So if you have not taken that vacation maybe it is time to think about doing so,

Protect Your Eyes

It is so important especially during the summer months to protect your eyes from the sun's harmful rays. But you should really protect your eyes year round. you may not think about it during the colder months but it is important and the suns rays are just as damaging to you eyes in January as they are in August.

That is why you should wear sunglasses and you should always have a pair in your car because it the sun's glare can be very dangerous. I especially find it dangerous when the sun comes out after it rains or it snows. The roads have a terrible glare. Or when it is sunset or sunrise time and it seems I always drive into the sunrise on the way to work and drive into the sunset on my way home

Do Your Research

When it comes to certain medical supplies that you may have in your hoe you really want to make sure that they are accurate and that they work. Ever step on your scale and then when you go to your doctors it is like 5 pounds more..that just never fails with me. A scale is not too big of a deal if it is off especially if you know it will be 5 pounds off but other things like diabetes monitors and blood pressure monitors....they can be more serious if they are off.

My mother goes to the local pharmacy to use their blood pressure machines but m y grandmother and grandfather have high blood pressure and they are a lot older obviously so they bought one and have it in their home. When you are shopping for something like this you really want to make sure that you ask your doctor for a recommended brand and not only that but do your research and read up on what other people have to say. And make sure that you get a guarantee so if it doesn't work for you then you can return it.
