Planning

There are just some things that you do not want to thinkg about like funeral plans. Especially when you are young - who wants to think about that. My grandparents who are now 80 still refuse to think about that and maybe that is what is keeping them young and going. However, many when they get married and start that family start to look into the term life insurance quote as scary and as horrible as that may be.

Unfortunately life comes with the planning and anticipation that something may go wrong and when it does you want to be as well prepared as you possible and be and that means being as well prepared as you can afford. So what does aussie accident cover? Actually much more than one would think. I think that prevention is best and much better than fixing something but if something goes wrong then it is nice to have that back up plan in life

SURPRISE!!!

If you would like to really have a surprise birthday party for your child then you have to plan it not around their birthday. Every kid is going to be expecting that birthday party so if you want to surprise them with a party then have it 1-2 months in advance. If they have a birthday in the fall...why not give them a surprise birthday party - a pool party! What a great idea because they will never expect it and it will truly be a great surprise birthday party for them!

Teach Them Young

When it comes to grocery shopping...I do not think that there is a person out there that finds this task to be fun. In fact, this is the worst part of the week and my weekly chores. To have to go to the market and spend way to much money on things that I have to get and are not even treats to eat is just depressing. And then you have to load it in your car and then load it out of your car and put it all away. And to have to do this without a garage in the rain is even worse!

But everyone has to do this so why not take advantage of the may coupons that are out there. And it is so easy to just print grocery coupons. It is really a no brainer to print them to save $10-$15 dollars every time you go grocery shopping. That could lead to a few hundred dollars every year and I know that I could use it. Or you can do what I do and if I save $10 then I will get $10 worth of treats for my kids. Which is why when we get coupons in the mail or in the papers they will cut out things for me because they want me to save. Teach them young....if you have to spend money then you mind as well try to get the savings that are out there for you!

Raw Almonds

You can get raw almonds right online but you have to make sure that they are truly raw and not pasturized and it is better to have them if they are organic. You do not want to have alot of these though. I just have a handful everyday. And even if you are trying to lose weight..nuts and seeds are just so good for you and very important that you have. Do not starve yourself of good nutrients and fats for that processed Jenny Craig stuff!

Have a Cup of Tea Indeed!

Whether you are having black tea, green tea or white tea...they are just so much better than carbonated drinks, alcohol and even coffee. The health benefits are amazing and people thing that green tea is the best out there but have you heard of white tea. It has all the benefits and more and it has the least amount of caffeine in it as well. Black tea is great to have with a little honey but no milk. My grandmother always has milk in her tea and I always had milk in my tea because I thought that is the way you were suppose to drink it. But then I realized that I had been destroying all the benefits of tea buy putting that milk in there.

Then there are the herbal teas. I have actually made my own peppermint tea by boiling the peppermint leaves in water. It was so great and then if you chill it and pour it over some ice and add a little lemon..it is just so incredibly refreshing and I personally love it. Just be sure that you get your tea from that reputable source. Time to change your lifestyle and start getting healthy and sometimes it is just the simple things that can help your health like having that cup of tea every day

Seafood Preparations

I love seafood…and I know many people that love it too. However, when you are preparing seafood or serving seafood you do not want to leave it out for more than 2 hours or 1 hour is you are in temperatures that are over 90 degrees like being outdoors on that hot summer day. It can and will go bad and it is pretty horrible when you get sick because of seafood.

The Stresses of Life

Having to move is just one of the many stresses of life but there are many things and moving supplies that can help make your move easier like a moving blanket. And then when you are all done packing you want to be sure to take a relaxing bath in either dead sea salt or even just epsom salt. It really relaxes you and will help to draw out all the toxins that you have built up in your body. If you have lots of stress in your life then you should really be working out or taking hot bathes like this to draw out the many toxins building up in your body!

If you have gas, bloating, constipation or any sort of combination of symptoms like this then you may want to look at the foods as well as the supplements that you are taking. A lot of times thes probably will go away with a change of diet or by stop taking the supplements you are currently on. Check with the doctor because it could be the medicine you are taking as well.

Organic Meat

My husband will only buy steaks online...he finds that the stores are not fresh enough...he is very spoiled in his last life...or rather his life before he married me. However, I am into the organic meat and the organic products lately. When you read articles on meat, vetetables and food and how it is processed and created...it is rather disgusting at times. So, slowly but surely I have been leaning toward the more natural products and the products that are grown and created organically. After reading those articles you can not justify going back to the things that you usually had and that includes the frozen and processed meats. There is just nothing good about them but we get them anyways because they are cheap. Lets face it...if you want to be healthy then you have to be willing to pay a little extra and in the long run it is worth it because there is nothing more important in my opinion that the health of you and your family. You may even want to start growing your own foods and eat more things raw...not meats though...you want to be sure that you cook them well and barbecuing may taste absolutely fabulous but it is a terrible way to prepare your foods healthwise.

Healthy Foods So Expensive

It is very upsetting that healthy food is just so expensive...and it is not fair. You want to keep your kids and family healthy with fruits and vegetables and less proccessed food but how can you compete with the $1 menu when a banana costs $5 at whole foods. It is not fair...healthy food costs too much which is why we are so sick and so fat.

Is There Really Such A Thing?

Is there really such a thing as cheap health insurance? There are just so many insurance companies out there not and they are all competing for your services. That is why I love the internet...everyone wants your business and they have great prices, discounts and incentives to buy products and services out there just for you. I am into the preventative methods myself. I would love to be able to just use may natural remedies so that I will not have to go to the doctors other than my yearly physicals. Of course I have insurance there just incase because I have a family but for the most part I would like to prevent having to go to the hospital and make multiple visits to the doctor. I have been eating and serving many fresh vegetables and fruits and I am staying away from the processed foods. Salt is not all that bad for your though...if you have the right stuff that is. Himalayan salt is the best salt and it has 84 trace minerals that are so good for your body and will help to keep that doctor away. And seeds and nuts are the way to go to. Almonds are the best but you have to get them from that local grower so that you get truly raw almonds.

Maple Syrup

I love maple syrup and if you get the pure maple syrup it is actually quite good for your health and can help to clean out the toxins in your body. And I also found maple sugar granules...they are so tastey and I think they are so much more healthy than the white sugar. I sure this sugar for cinnamon toast, french toast...stuff like that. It is a little pricey...as all healthy stuff is but I highly recommend it if you like sugar...and who does not like sugar!

Alternatives

Starting that family is one of the major joys of marriage and just getting older. And they are sometimes some of the best moments and memories of you life. But there is something about having that family and having children that will forever change the way that you are thinking and you start getting and taking out things like life insurance because you want to be sure that they are taken care of. So, you go on the internet and check out the many rates and compare to get the best prices out there.

Here is what you should also be researching...alternative remedies and ones that are for children. I am a strong believer in the fact that nuts and seeds are so healthy for you. At any rate, I have started to add them to our breakfasts and snacks. Almonds are one of the best nuts to include in your diet. But you want to get the raw nuts which means you have to buy them from a local grower and not any supermarket....not even Whole Foods - who in my opinion - their prices and rates are just through the roof. I am a health internet buyer - get all my healthy products online and shipped.

Health Benefits of Plums

Wow...the health benefits of plums are amazing. And it is a great fruit to have as a preventative to breast cancer now they are saying. It is very high in vitamin c and is even more of an antioxidant then the highly proclaimed blueberries. It is great for controlling blood pressure too. It is a great laxitive and is great for your digestive system. It will also help to prevent macular degeneration. And during flu and cold season - have a plum every morning because it will help to boost immunity and even improves cardiac health!

Health Choices

I am into the natural remedies obviously and alternative methods of treatment when it is possible. However, there are occations where that just is not possible. So, you want to be sure that you have some sort of coverage. And it seems that more and more states are deciding to make it mandatory to have that health insurance or you will be getting penalized come tax time that is why private health insurance may just be the way to go. If you have that family you have to have some sort of insurance because lets face it...you just never know with kids. They could be playing out in the back yard and fall off the swing and break their collar bone...that is what happened to my husband. That is why you just really need that insurance...just in case.

However, prevention is the best and healthy eatting is the way to go. This way you could just possibly avoid getting sick. And by just eatting healthy and working out...you could really avoid certain ailments that would require hospital and doctor care. Wouldn't it just be fabulous to never have to go to the doctors or the hospital...other than your yearly physicals which would be paid for by your insurance.
