If you would like to really have a surprise birthday party for your child then you have to plan it not around their birthday. Every kid is going to be expecting that birthday party so if you want to surprise them with a party then have it 1-2 months in advance. If they have a birthday in the fall...why not give them a surprise birthday party - a pool party! What a great idea because they will never expect it and it will truly be a great surprise birthday party for them!
You can get raw almonds right online but you have to make sure that they are truly raw and not pasturized and it is better to have them if they are organic. You do not want to have alot of these though. I just have a handful everyday. And even if you are trying to lose weight..nuts and seeds are just so good for you and very important that you have. Do not starve yourself of good nutrients and fats for that processed Jenny Craig stuff!
I love seafood…and I know many people that love it too. However, when you are preparing seafood or serving seafood you do not want to leave it out for more than 2 hours or 1 hour is you are in temperatures that are over 90 degrees like being outdoors on that hot summer day. It can and will go bad and it is pretty horrible when you get sick because of seafood.
If you have gas, bloating, constipation or any sort of combination of symptoms like this then you may want to look at the foods as well as the supplements that you are taking. A lot of times thes probably will go away with a change of diet or by stop taking the supplements you are currently on. Check with the doctor because it could be the medicine you are taking as well.
It is very upsetting that healthy food is just so expensive...and it is not fair. You want to keep your kids and family healthy with fruits and vegetables and less proccessed food but how can you compete with the $1 menu when a banana costs $5 at whole foods. It is not fair...healthy food costs too much which is why we are so sick and so fat.
I love maple syrup and if you get the pure maple syrup it is actually quite good for your health and can help to clean out the toxins in your body. And I also found maple sugar granules...they are so tastey and I think they are so much more healthy than the white sugar. I sure this sugar for cinnamon toast, french toast...stuff like that. It is a little pricey...as all healthy stuff is but I highly recommend it if you like sugar...and who does not like sugar!
Wow...the health benefits of plums are amazing. And it is a great fruit to have as a preventative to breast cancer now they are saying. It is very high in vitamin c and is even more of an antioxidant then the highly proclaimed blueberries. It is great for controlling blood pressure too. It is a great laxitive and is great for your digestive system. It will also help to prevent macular degeneration. And during flu and cold season - have a plum every morning because it will help to boost immunity and even improves cardiac health!
