There are many mistakes that you can make when you are trying to lose weight and you may not even know that you are doing it. For example... make sure that you are getting enough sleep. And here is another thing that you may want to think about...the way you breathe. Be sure to breathe correctly when you are trying to lose that extra weight. Take time to do some deep breathing exercises in the morning and in the night.
I was watching the news yesterday and they always have that story that they try to suck you into watching because it is a good headline..this was the case. Did you know that the less amount of time that you sleep at night can affect your cancer rate. If you are a woman and get less than 7 hours of sleep a night you just increase you chances of developing cancer by 50% - Sleep is just so important. Get a goot 7 hours of sleep a night - it affects your looks and your health!
Well...I don't know about you but I woke up this morning and man it was so freezing! It was just so incredibly cold outside and even though the sun is out right now...it is just bitter and there is a wind that is not whipping but it is just chilling and makes your ears hurt! It is so important to have the right clothing and accessories like electric winter warmers and outdoor clothes. Especially if you have children. You have to dress them in good and warm clothing because they will be going outdoors for recesses at school and it is cold outside. That is how kids lower their immune systems and then the runny nose which is really harmless turns into something else because they don't wash their hands or what not. Winter is here and it will be around for quite sometime now...it is just the beginning of this brutal season. I love the pocket hand warmers...my husband use to have them all the time and if you go to things like football games - they ar ejust great! I actually use to get them as stocking stuffers for people because they are just so popular and who does not like to keep their hands warm!
Did you know that just by having orange juice with your oatmeal you create a superfood that is extremely nutritional. They somehow work together and create double the amount of benefits. The phenol vitamin C benefits are incredible by just eating these 2 things together every morning. And lucky for me I like both of them! It is a great way to start the day...and you feel full too!
I am a huge doodler...especially when it comes to talking on the phone. If I am just sitting there talking I have to have a piece of paper to doodle on. And apparently by doodling you are more likely to remember things as opposed to not doodling. I guess that doodling helps you not daydream because you are actually doing a task. So by doodling you are still engaging in the conversation or the lecture and you are more likely to remember it rather than just sitting there completely thinking of something else....makes sense.

I think that most people would agree that comfort in the workplace not only will make for a happier worker but also a more productive worker. And if you are in the health care profession then you are going to want to look for those nursing scrubs on sale. And there are so many kinds and even colors to choose from these days. Gone are the days of just getting that one color - now you get your choice from peaches uniforms or pink scrubs. Or perhaps you just like the regular teal green scrubs because that is your favorite color.
You also want to make sure that you get some that are going to get last because you will be washing these scrubs on that daily basis. And no one wants to go out ever other month to shop for work apparel

In Sweden they are offering a free vaccine to all 5th and 6th graders for the HPV virus that causes cervical cancer. The thing is that we have no idea what this vaccine does for the long term. And what about these children that are getting vaccinated..are their children going to be affected by the vaccine that is in their body? You just don't know - there has not been enough research on this one. Unless there is a history of cervical cancer in the family personally I would not get this vaccine.

And it was so affordable. Sometimes when you find a great tea it is just so expensive but not these - a box of 20 was just under $3 - it is very afforable and it is delicious as well as so healthy for you. If you take that week off it is like starting all over again the following week it seems. Here is an article that I just was very interested in reading because I just love popcorn. Personally, I like to make my own with real melted butter but I like the bagged microwave popcorn. I do not think I will have some anytime soon though since I had read this article. And aritficial butter flavoring is not just on popcorn either but they call this type of lung condition "Popcorn Lung" .....

Let's face it...there are a million things out there that will cause cancer and other terrible diseases but I really do believe that we can help prevent them to some extent with the foods that we eat. Of course if you eat the righ foods but smoke a pack of cigarettes a day it really doesn't do much good sometimes but eating healthy is so important. Broccoli is an amazing food...everyone should have this veggie on a daily basis. The green leafy vegetables are very important foods that should be consumed on a regular daily basis to stay healthy!
If you are looking to boost you immune system and keep the viruses and germs out of your home as much as you possible can then Eucalyptus is great to have. The Eucalytus Globus is rather strong for every day use and too much of anything is not good. I like to put this in my diffuser but I use the Eucalyptus Smithii because that is very safe for children and it is milder so you can put it in your diffuser on a daily basis.
Personally I think that everyone should be wearing sunglasses when they go outside no matter what time of year it is. Sure you naturally go o ut and get some sunglasses for the summer months but the winter monthses are just as important to protect your eyes. You want to be sure that on the bright sunny days you can see when you are driving down the road. Sometime in the winter the sun glare is even worse than in the summer. And when it rains and the roads are all wet and the sun comes out...you need those sunglasses so that you can see!
Polyester is a terrible fabric that will off gas terrible toxins for the life time wear of it. Polyester batting and filling is horrible just as well....including stuffed animals. And they all seem to be made in China....
Time to get cotton and even at that you need to get organic because of all the pesticides that are put on cotton. I just got a 100% cotton backpack...turns out the inside is 100% polyester!! You always have to ask before buying online!
This time of year is very difficult to lose weight because the holidays are now upon us which means that there will be delicious and tempting treats and goodies in the offices, lunchrooms and at the parties. Whether you are on that product or program diet or found that free diet out there...it takes time and discipline. And the best free diet out there is so simple and many times over looked. Just eat healthy foods in moderation, exercise on that regular basis and live that healthy lifestyle!
There are so many different programs out there but before you waste you time and you money on a program that just will not work for you...try a free diet. They are out there and there are many good ones. Just be sure not to give up because you can not lose all that weight that took years to put on in just one month. Stay positive and stay with it!
I love Baskin-Robbins but they are not always selling things as what they say or appear to be. Did you know that in the Blue Raspberry Fruit Blast the top ingredients are Sierra Mist, water, sugar ad corn syrup - I don't get it. That is not a fruit smoothie - that is just junk! And it is overpriced at that especially when you realize what the ingredients really is in it. You can check out all the nutrional or lack of facts on their site now though so t hat is good...but this one is discountinued...I wonder why
I had a c-section...I had 3 c-sections and no matter if you get back to your pre-pregnancy weight...you will never look the same. You can do as many crunches and workouts available and your tummy just never quite goes back to what it was before...at least mine did not. I worked out for a year but all I had was more lose skin on my stomach. The only way you can get rid of it it seems is by a tummy tuck.I was in great shape though but I just did not have the celebrity body...that is how they do it ya know. They have the tummy tuck sometimes right after they have their c-section. My doctor would never allow that but I do know of some doctors that would do this. You can either accept your post baby body or you can do something about it. No sence being miserable when there are things that can be done. And everyone is different. Maybe you can get that stomach back to what it was...for me after gaining a total of 210 between all 3 - I just will never be the same even though I fit into my clothes before I had babies. Your body just changes thats all.
