Blogging and Your Health

There have been quite a lot of articles out there that have clearly stated how blogging is bad for your health and I just think it is ridiculous. I mean ...yes sitting at a computer for 8 hours a day 7 days a week is bad for your...but there are a lot of professions out there that require that. You just have to take breaks, be sure to drink water and eat properly. Get up and stretch and even join an exercise class or yoga class. Sitting in front of a computer too long is not good for you but it is not just people that blog - that is just stupid.
