Don't Hold It
So, my sister has a terrible habit of not going to the bathroom when she has to.. She always says that she is too busy to go to the bathroom and I would always warn her that that was not a good idea. Do not hold it...if you have to go then stop what you are doing and go to the bathroom. She now has a bladder infection and any typs of infections are not fun especially when they could have been avoided like this one!
