Ferning
If you are looking at your saliva to check for ferning to see whether or not it is your fertile time during the course of the month just keep in mind that you are not to test your saliva after you have eaten of after you have brushed your teeth. And some people do not show full or any ferning on the actual day of ovulation. Be sure to test you saliva a few times a day for the first few months to see what your cycle is like.
