Foods To Cheer You Up

If you are feeling a little sad you may not want to get that candy bar at the check out counter but rather get some other foods that really can lift your spirits! Foods high in Selenium will make you feel better ... thinks like brazil nuts, seeds, clams, crab, fish, lowfat dairy, skinless chicken, beans and legumes...these are all great things that you should make sure you are eating on that regular basis. Sometimes just changing your diet can improve your mood!
