Handling My Son Leaving For College

I knew that this time would eventually come. I actually thought about it right after I gave birth to him. I've actually thought about it for a while too. But now that it's here, having thought about it so much doesn't make it all that much easier for me. I'm sure that I'm still going to cry as soon as we drop off our son at his freshman dorm next week before his college classes start. This is something that I'm really worried about dealing with.
I went online to try and find some tips about how to deal with this situation better and help make it a little easier for him. I'm already planning about parents weekend and I can't wait for it. I'm not that worried about his end of going off to college because he's been looking forward to this for a while and takes these sorts of things in stride.
