Home Natural Remedies Disclosure
My blog is all about natural remedies and the benefits of eating healthy foods. However, if you have a current or pre-existing condition always consult your doctors before trying natural and alternative treatments especially if involving natural herbs.
Do not take herbs or natural remedies if your are trying to conceive, are pregnant or are breastfeeding unless you consult your doctor about it.
Always remember - eat and drink in moderation. Too much of anything (fruits, vegetables, juices, nuts...) is not good for you.
Also, remember - herbs can be very potent so always read the labels for side effects and only take as directed.
These are alternative natural remedies and nutritional information that are intended for alternative prevention and/or treatment. It's sole intention is for EDUCATIONAL AND ENTERTAINMENT purposes ONLY and should not be used in place of the advice your physician or health professionals advice. I am not a doctor and this information if used should be be used at your own risk.
Please be advised that not all natural remedies/treatments work for everyone.
This blog is for informational/reading purposes and is not meant as a substitution for your doctors medical advice. I will never recommend dosages or amounts because everyone is different.
These natural remedies are NOT intended for children.
Some product posts are sponsored meaning I will do a review of their site and/or products and add their link in my post. I then get compensated for it in some manner. PayPerPost is a company where the sponsors will pay them and they will then compensate myself for the link within the post. Even though I recieve compensation I always give my honest opinions, beliefs and just plain personal experiences on the topic or subject. These opinion and views on this blog are my own opinions and views and should be read as that. I try to adhere to the code of ethics provided by WOMMA. This blog are posts of my PERSONAL opinions and you as the reader should take these with a grain of salt.

What do you think about Arnica? I used it all thru my wisdom teeth and I thought it was great (there were painkillers involved too, tho) but I heard there was a study with a placebo and there was no difference?
Have you had much to do with it?
Thanks,
Chantal
