Kids Wo Don't Sleep Become Fat Adults
I have been writing a lot about this lately probably due to my own lack of sleep. But I was intriqued to find out that if you have a child that is not getting enough sleep at night it could contribute to their adult obesity.
Here is the bottom line...kids need their sleep in order to be more product in school and to just be in a better mood. Ages 5 through 12 they should get 11-12 hours of sleep a night. And teenagers should get 9 to 10 hours of sleep a night. Set the bedtimes and inforce them because it is just so important!
