New Years

Most people will make that new years reolution to stop something like smoking or to lose that weight and go on a diet. They make goals for themself that just may not be in reach with what they are able to achieve. You should set small goals and when you have accomplished them then make bigger goals to achieve. Don't set out to lose 50 pounds in 6 months. Set out to lose 3 pounds a month and eat heatlhier and exercise.
