Foods and diet is everything in my opinion and if you are trying to get pregnant then you have to be sure to eat the right foods and personally I always took folic acid suppliments. If you are trying to get pregnant though you want to eat foos that are high in carbs, proteins and folic acid. SO you want to have more leafy greens and oranges and if you can take it more asparagus as well as fortified cereals...those are always good as well. And a prenatal vitamin is a great idea too...talk to your doctor about them. But the foods high in carbs and proteins will help keep your insulin stable and that helps support fertility.
