Reality Check
Ok - you can not prevent aging from occuring...you can either accept it and embrace it or fight it. I say a little bit of both is best. You have to accept that you will get older but there is no reason that you can not look great for your age....so great that people may think you are younger. Some people try so hard that they actually look older which defeats the whole purpose. It is very true though...that men do look better when they get older but I know many woman that look better in their 30's as opposed to their 20's.
