I know that it is when you have that annoying ringing in the ears. I know of 2 natural remedies off hand -
massage your head with lemons - the aroma helps and eat more foods high in magnesium and potassium

You also might want to find out why you have this - this could be a symptom of another problem - could be ear wax or poor circulation, high blood pressure, ear infections - even Lyme disease - and I know that because my cousin had Lyme disease.

I can do a little more digging for you and right up a post on this.

Can I ask - are you going through menopause ?
If you add more Strawberries to you diet you are adding more boron and this helps circulate estrogen throughout your blood level. Tomatoes, dandelions, apples, poppy seeds, broccoli, pears, cherries, apricots, and pumpkin are also high in boron.

Celery and Dates contain phytoestrogens so you may want to have more of them.

This is what I know off the top of my head but I will find more info for you!
