Sleep Deprivation

Did you know that when you don't get enough sleep that you are doing extreme harm to your body and the future of your good health. I am thinking about this because I do not sleep good at all and it is really taking a toll on my now let alone in the future what it is going to so for its long term effects. Losing sleep can contribute to your increased risk in cancer, heart disease and even diabetes..get some sleep!
