Sleeping Foods
If you are having trouble sleeping...it just may be your diet. You may want to consider trying to add more whole grains and proteins in your diet. Just by having the great snack before you go to sleep it could make all the difference in the world. The whole grains have those carbohydrates that will help you increase that serotonin in your system and brain. And serotonin has been known to help sleep. And if you don't like whole grain cereals then try a rice cake with a turkey slice on it. Diet has a lot to do with you sleep.
