So Tired
You should always listen to you body when it comes to letting you know if you are sick or if you are tired. Do not think that your body doesn't know best because many times it does and you should listen to it. If you are tired and your body is telling you it needs a break it is best in your interest to do just that. Sometimes by just taking a nap you will find that you are preventing yourself from sickness or even an illness...rest is so good for you!
