Stay Fit With Your Family
With all the talk about obesity in children and teens today..why not stay fit and active with the whole family. Instead of doing your own things on that Sunny Saturday afternoon....make a day of it. Go outdoors with your family and do some physical activity. Plan to go skiing or sledding. Or maybe get bikes for the whole family so that this spring you can go bike riding or if you don't like that then maybe just hiking. There is always something to do you just have to find what you all like to do.
