Supplements are MEANT to Supplement
Do not think that you are going to be and stay healthy just because you are taking those supplements everyday. You have to eat the right foods. Nothing can replace the nutitional value of real fruits and vegetables. Having things like blueberries, walnuts, tomatos and fish in your diet is so much better than taking that soft gel pill every morning. Of course there are days where you can not have it all...that is why they are there to suppliment what you are not having.
