Sweets
When you are on a diet you do not have to deprive yourself of those yummy sweets that you know and love. It is all about moderation....you can have that occational portioned piece of chocolate cake but you just can not have the whole cake
Moderation is key but do not make yourself suffer because then you are going to one day destroy your diet because you will just eat a ton of unhealthy sweets because you can't take it anymore!
