Take A Nap

Sometimes the best thing to do for your body is to take a nap and relax. Read the signs of your body - if you feel as though you need to stop then do so. If you push yourself you are only going to hurt yourself in the long run. Listen to your body..it really does know what it is talking about and needs. Nothing like a mid day nap!!
