The recent study came out stating that taking that nap may help boost your memory. Did you know that every time your sleep is interupted that it affects your memory. So if you are that mom that just had a baby and is not sleeping..it is no wonder why you can not remember anything any more! Be sure to take that mid morning and mid afternoon nap when your baby does if you can so that you get a little bit of memory and won't forget so many things throughout the day
