Take Time
Stop and take time for yourself before we enter the New Year. Try to star off the year with unnecissary stresses and just go with the flow of things. That is the best resolution. I mean diets are always the most popular but here is one for you. Your resolution whoudl be to take time for yourself once in a while. Do something special for you whether it is going shopping or just getting a favorite cup of coffee once a week!
