The Worst Foods
I was very disappointed to see that my favorite candy bar is by far the worst candy to be eatting because it has in just one candy bar almost 1/2 of the daily allowance for those bad saturated fats! And I was very surprised that the worst breakfast food was Quaker 100% Natural Granola, Oats, Honey & Raisins. I think because you hear the word oats, honey and raisins with a reputable company like Quaker and then you see 100% Natural Granola you would think that this is the healthiest breakfast food ever. But that is not the case. They add so much sugar to it that it completely ruins all the goodness.
