Time of Year
This time of year is just so decieving. You have one relaly nice day and everyone decided to put all of their winter clothing away when in reality you are still in for another month of pretty cold weather that required pants an dlong sleeve shirts and even sweaters. I see people wearing shorts when it is really only 50 degrees...that is not that warm especially when the sun is not out and it is rainy!
