Too Much Caffeine
There is such a thing as too much caffeine...too much of anything is not good. Here are some of the effects of too much caffeine.....anxiety, insomnia, anxiety, nervousness, upset stomach, heart palputations, tremors, agitations, even seizures or strokes. Too much caffeine whether it is in strong coffees or in those so called energy drinks are just not good. Just get more sleep if you want to be energized! Have fruit and healthy food. These quick fixes are never good.
